We deliver all online orders in an exclusive Qinti-branded gift box as a standard service.
Yes. You can add a personalized gift message to your purchase at the point of Checkout. Message guidelines can be found in our Terms & Conditions.
Orders are typically delivered be delivered by USPS. For larger items, we deliver with UPS.
At present, we do not offer click and collect as a delivery option. If there is an item online that you would like to pick-up at a boutique location, please contact our customer service so we can determine if we can have that item is available for pickup.
We offer a carefully curated collection of our best sellers, newest styles, and seasonal limited edition pieces online. Depending on our shop's location, we may have slightly different items in-store due to different climates and the fact that certain pieces we have are artisanal and therefore one-of-a-kind.
If you saw something in-store that you would like to purchase online, please reach out and we are happy to check if we have the item or something similar.

Our founder Claudia loves hummingbirds. As Qinti is a Peruvian shop, she chose the word for "Hummingbird" in Quechua.
Like a hummingbird, our company mission is to spread little moments of joy - sharing with you the nectar of Peru.
Your purchases will delivered in a glossy white Qinti-branded box tied with a Crimson ribbon, with the exception of baby alpaca scarves, which is wrapped in tissue paper.
You can purchase a Qinti Gift Card in-store or online. Gift Cards that are purchased online have a maximum amount of $500. If you would like to purchase a Gift Card with a higher or alternative value, please contact our Customer Service team.
Gift Cards can be purchased in-store and can be loaded with any amount from $10 to $500. To purchase a Gift Card in-store with a value of $500 or more, please ask a sales associate for further assistance.
Gift cards expire one calendar year after being purchased.
Yes! Gift Cards can be used for online purchases.
We have both physical gift cards which can be mailed to a recipients or e-gift cards, which can be emailed.
When making a gift purchase in-store, you can request a printed gift receipt at the point of purchase. Please make the sales assistant aware that you would like a gift receipt before making payment and completing the transactions.
At Qinti Peru, our biggest goal is to well serve our fabulously loyal customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better.

Yes, you can exchange your online order to a retail location.
If you believe that you have received a faulty or damaged item, contact our Customer Service team with your order number and images of the item so we can assist you further.
While we take great care to pack your parcel with precision, on a rare occasion we may send the wrong item by mistake. If you have received the wrong item in your order, please contact our Customer Service team to resolve the issue.
We do not regularly provide discount codes or coupons.
Why, you ask? Because we work hard every day to deliver premium-quality items that look great and feel amazing. We come directly from production and are a small team, so are able to deliver excellent quality at margins which are unheard of in the industry - all while working with artisanal suppliers with commitments to sustainability.
